Relaxation & nature greet you as you turn into our long, private, gravel driveway. The view opens to the 2022-renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Hamptons style salt box. Aesthetic of the remodel is modern and chic. Relax by the new (Fall 2022) heated saltwater gunite pool or hang out on the fully furnished deck complete with 2 seating areas, a 6 person teak dining table, and propane grill encompassing 600 sq ft of Hamptons outdoor living.

Your home away from home in the Hamptons is close to all the action and yet private in a tranquil setting, a short walk away from a beautiful secluded bay beach (perfect spot to have a cocktail and watch the sun set) as well as a 15 minute bike ride (or 5 minute drive) to the ocean beach.
Note: new sod and pool landscaping to be installed April 2023. Pool furniture includes: 4 teak loungers with new blue cushions, 2 outdoor beanbag seats, one large umbrella.
