Welcome to our T2 apartment, completely renovated in April 2023 (insulation and reversible air conditioning), located in the heart of town. On foot, you're close to all amenities (15' from the SNCF train station, 5' from Les Halles and the bus stop to the beaches, a few steps from streets with free parking, ATMs, a bakery, an open-air market, restaurants and the Post Office) and major attractions (Canal Royal, Miam, Quartier Haut).
Stay in comfort in this character apartment:
- Bed linen and towels (for 2 people), essentials supplied: soap, shower gel, washing-up liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, starter kit (coffee, tea, infusion, toilet paper for the first day).
- A welcome booklet with a wealth of practical information and useful addresses to help you make the most of your stay in the region.
In more detail, its 33 m2 of well-distributed space include:
- A living-dining room: you can telework from the dedicated space, with wifi access. It discreetly accommodates 2 daily sleeps thanks to its rapido sofa-bed (unfolds without removing the seat or backrest, then folds up, leaving comforter and pillows, in a few effortless seconds). Double-glazed windows and shutters ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
- A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave/convection oven/grill combo, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and accessories, pots, pans and espresso machine suitable for both ground coffee and soft pods.
- One bedroom with 160 cm bed and blackout curtains. Storage space is provided by drawers under the bed.
- A bathroom equipped with a towel dryer and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
Insulated walls and ceilings and reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom bring you peace and quiet and a pleasant temperature whatever the season.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with run-down common areas. But you'll quickly cross it before reaching our renovated landing.
The cleaning charges shown correspond to the linen and management charges levied by our concierge service. They do not include final cleaning. In order not to increase your bill, we ask you to carry out the final cleaning yourself and to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness and order as when you entered it. If you wish to delegate this task to us, the supplement will be 40€. If you come for more than 2 people, the extra linen & towel kit is 12€/person.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, please read our rules and regulations. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by these rules.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your holiday insurance certificate.
You will be asked to present your original identity document, in accordance with the insurance certificate, when you collect the keys.
If you do not notify us within 3 hours of check-in, you acknowledge that you have taken possession of the property in good condition and clean.
The accommodation and its equipment may only be used by and for the persons indicated at the time of booking.
Final cleaning is not included in the price. The cleaning charges shown correspond to the supply and care of linen for 2 people. However, you can entrust it to our concierge, by notifying us before your arrival. The charge is €40. An extra set of sheets and towels costs 12€/person.
On departure, please leave the apartment in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. Failure to do so will result in a charge of €20/hour for cleaning costs, which will be billed to you via ********.
Arrival is possible between 4pm and 7pm, departure no later than 11am.
Parties and illegal activities are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited, but vaping is permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
*** Common sense, respect and good manners ***
- Do not use the washing machine after 10 p.m.
- In general, avoid making any noise between 10pm and 7am that might disturb neighboring apartments.
- Notify us immediately of any incident or complaint from neighbors.
- Use heating/air-conditioning appliances responsibly: keep windows closed when air conditioners are running, and turn them off when you're not in the apartment.
- Turn off your towel dryer no more than 60 minutes after your last shower. Its efficiency means that it will have dried the linen within this time.
- Remember to turn off lights and electrical appliances when you leave the apartment.
- Don't move furniture without our prior agreement.
- Make honest use of the Internet access provided: no illegal downloading, do not visit illegal sites, respect French legislation.
- Do not leave towels or any other items in the apartment.
- Don't make it easy for burglars! Lock windows and doors when you leave the apartment.
- Parents remain responsible for their children at all times in the apartment: for their safety, and for any disturbance or damage they may cause.
