To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, please read our rules and regulations. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by these rules. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your holiday insurance certificate. You will be asked to present your original identity document, in accordance with the insurance certificate, when you collect the keys. If you do not notify us within 3 hours of check-in, you acknowledge that you have taken possession of the property in good condition and clean. The accommodation and its equipment may only be used by and for the persons indicated at the time of booking. Final cleaning is not included in the price. The cleaning charges shown correspond to the supply and care of linen for 2 people. However, you can entrust it to our concierge, by notifying us before your arrival. The charge is €40. An extra set of sheets and towels costs 12€/person. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. Failure to do so will result in a charge of €20/hour for cleaning costs, which will be billed to you via ********. Arrival is possible between 4pm and 7pm, departure no later than 11am. Parties and illegal activities are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited, but vaping is permitted. Pets are not allowed. *** Common sense, respect and good manners *** - Do not use the washing machine after 10 p.m. - In general, avoid making any noise between 10pm and 7am that might disturb neighboring apartments. - Notify us immediately of any incident or complaint from neighbors. - Use heating/air-conditioning appliances responsibly: keep windows closed when air conditioners are running, and turn them off when you're not in the apartment. - Turn off your towel dryer no more than 60 minutes after your last shower. Its efficiency means that it will have dried the linen within this time. - Remember to turn off lights and electrical appliances when you leave the apartment. - Don't move furniture without our prior agreement. - Make honest use of the Internet access provided: no illegal downloading, do not visit illegal sites, respect French legislation. - Do not leave towels or any other items in the apartment. - Don't make it easy for burglars! Lock windows and doors when you leave the apartment. - Parents remain responsible for their children at all times in the apartment: for their safety, and for any disturbance or damage they may cause.
