Additional rules About the services of the department: -Check in: Upon arrival you must touch the button that says "porter's lodge", the guard will allow you access! Tell him that you are going to the penthouse on the 4th floor. When you get out of the elevator on the 4th floor, it is the apartment on the left. It has two doors. The left door that is sealed has the padlock where the keys that will open the main door are kept. *Before your arrival, ask for the access code as they are changed for security reasons. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know. In case you need to check out earlier, early check in will be allowed. If the ******** is not ready when you arrive, you can leave your luggage inside and even stay while it is being cleaned. -Check out: Return the keys in the box at the door from which you took them. Be sure to turn off all lights before check out. -The base price is for 6 people, in case of inviting an additional guest please let us know :); any additional person pays an extra $300 per person, per night and will be reflected in your reservation according to the number of guests you indicate. -If you need to dispose of your garbage, the trash cans are on the ground floor off the elevator on the right hand side. Ask the guard where to do it. -In the entrance closet you will find a heater, blankets, pillows, ironing board, iron and the sofa bed linen. -If you need extra cleaning service during your visit please let us know, it will cost $400. -We leave you complimentary amenities, but in case they run out and your stay requires additional, as if it were your own home, you must make your own purchases. Also as your home take good care of it. About the use of the apartment: -Smoking is not allowed in the penthouse or in the whole building. no parties or events are allowed either. -Pets are not allowed. -In case the reservation is in your name but another person arrives, you must send us through the app the identification of the person who will be present. -Every time you leave the apartment be sure to turn off all lights, electrical appliances and check the water faucets. Thank you! -Any comment, inconvenience, damage or doubt please send us a message immediately during your stay to solve it on the spot. After your check out we will be very sad if you leave with a bad taste in your mouth for not telling us at the time :( since our priority is that you enjoy your stay :).
