This one-bedroom apartment is decorated in bright, abstract art. A corner easel invites you to create your own abstract design! We welcome all races, ethnicities, genders, orientations, religions. Large TV w/Roku, wifi, full kitchen and bathroom, insanely comfortable couch, and the coolest looking coffee table complete the space. There’s an additional queen size air mattress for extra guests. The apartment complex comes with a seasonal pool and fitness center.

This apartment is in a large complex. It’s really its own village, with a fitness center, playground, basketball court, sauna, and a pool. The property is giant (400 apartments,) but this unit is on an edge of the property. The neighbors are quiet.

You have a keyless entry code, so no need to interact with us. But if you have any issues at all, we personally live one mile away, and can assist with any needs. There is also an on-site maintenance crew.

Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, and ask for your ID and email address. We gladly welcome guests of any length of stay. Those staying longer than 30 days will need an extra background check done, at an additional cost of $45.
