1. an outdoor camera is installed on the terrace. For security reasons, this camera must not be covered and must not be taken out of operation. There are no cameras in the bungalow. There are only motion detectors and a smoke detector.
2. kitchen
Please take care of the kitchen equipment and the technical devices. Since a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards only in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without a trivet. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the microwave in a clean condition.
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions.
3. ironing
An ironing board is available. Please use this to iron.
4. each bungalow can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons.
Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay in the vacation bungalow. If more persons than booked and registered are found, the contract will be cancelled immediately and the bungalow must be vacated immediately. Breach of contract is then present.
5. damages
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to everybody that something gets broken. Please inform us about the damage, so that we do not find it out after your departure during the final cleaning.
For culpable damage to furnishings, rented rooms or the building as well as the facilities belonging to the rented rooms or the building, the tenant is liable for compensation if and insofar as it was culpably caused by him or his companions or visitors.
6. domiciliary right
In case of immediately necessary repairs, it may be indispensable for the landlord to enter the vacation apartment without the knowledge of the guest.
An outside camera is installed in the terrace area for security reasons.
7. disposal
At the latest upon departure, waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers at the central garbage station. In the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and showers must not be thrown or poured waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like! Avoid everything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).
8. quiet times
In the sense of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as noon, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself should be kept quiet out of consideration between 22:00 and 8:00.
