High Quality Apartment with Sea Views, Air-Con and Heated Pool

I had a very good experience in this apartment. Unbeatable location, views, pool. It has everything you need from cutlery, cookware, towels, umbrella. I recommend it 100%

I loved how complete and thorough this flat is for holiday... everything from dish tablets to pens. If you're into going out at Yumbo center you can't have a better location. The property manager Beverly was stellar!

I stayed in this apt for almost 5 weeks and enjoyed every single minute. It is very well situated in the center of Maspalomas and equipped with everything that makes a longer stay very comfortable. Lots of dishes/tableware, glasses, silverware, utensils to cook, pans, etc. in all sizes and shapes. In addition there’s a superfast induction cooktop, a large refrigerator, a well sized freezer, a washing machine, toaster, electric kettle and even two coffee machines – a conventional and a Dolce Gusto one. The built in combi oven has all options and can be used as defroster, microwave with grill or hot air or as conventional oven. The furniture is as well very nice and comfortable, both inside and on the balcony, overlooking the pool- and surrounding areas with view even to the ocean. The bathroom is very modern and bright with a big shower. The bedroom has a large bed and lots of storage for clothes. Both, the living room and the bedroom have separate air-condition while the bedroom also provides a fan-all remote controlled. For a longer stay or for movie fans, the big LED-TV providing not only all tv-channels you may think of but also a very large selection of Video on Demand-both in various languages, which makes the lazy or even the few rainy days very entertaining. If needed you can have a weekly cleaning and change of bed linens service. I did not use it as I very much appreciated the privacy and could easily do all this with the big and modern washing machine taking up to 8kg and providing many different programs and options. In the building itself it was very quiet. As I guess mostly Spanish owners are staying there over the weekend, there was not much traffic or even noise and I always had no problems to find a sunchair and umbrella in the nice pool area. That June is low season may also be a reason. I may make a mistake to tell you, that this is the best price/value place I’ve ever stayed on Gran Canaria Island (given the fact that I keep coming back since 1981 I have quite some experience) as it could make it hard to find availability next time 😊. I will for sure try to catch this apt again for my next stay.

Beautiful apartment. Right next to the Yumbo centre, location was perfect. The lady who organised to pick us up and communicate everything with us was extremely nice and helpful. Bev really made the trip extra special.

I just finished my week. And really a clean apartment, modern décor, well located. A really nice view, everything you need for a good time, a pool to enjoy. And top-notch welcome. A real gem. I recommend it.

Everything was brilliant. Starting from exceptionally friendly Beverley that waited for us to arrive with the keys to the apartment itself. Couldn't really asked for more. Lovely place, very clean, great balcony with a direct Yumbo Center view, however at the same time very quiet. Close proximity to several supermarkets, short walk to the main Maspalomas beach and to the dunes area. Swimming pool was great, very quiet, only handful number of people, mainly locals living in this development. Can not say enough praise for this listing. Our experience wouldn't be the same there in Gran Canaria if we booked another place or hotel. Many many thanks. We will be back.
