A really generous and tastefully furnished apartment, well located, not right in the center of P.d.I., but within walking distance of everything important. During our ten-day stay, we felt comfortable here even on rainy days. An apartment that is also very suitable for longer stays! We will definitely be back 🤗

Very nice appartement with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Frederic replies very fast with clear answers on questions we had. Swimming pool was freezing cold this Christmas but a sunny place to stay. Beach very close. Taxi, Shopping and eating are just a few steps away. We enjoyed our stay!

Frederic was a really wonderful host! He provided lots of timely and helpful information, along with very generously offering us a slightly later checkout after enquiring about our flight's departure time, as he didn't have a new booking arriving straight away. His apartment is perfect for a stay of any duration in Playa del Ingles and has one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever stayed in that was booked through a short-term let site. The balconies also face west so you get lovely afternoon/evening sunshine :) Would love to stay here again and have already wholeheartedly recommended it to friends who will visit in the new year.

The apartment is excellent, brand new and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is convenient, everything is right downstairs and as soon as you leave the gate you find the taxi stop. Yumbo is reachable on foot in just over 10 minutes. Frederic is a punctual and very helpful host ready to help you and answer any question.

Everything was perfect! I had an excellent stay. The apartment is quite spacious and spotless; it has everything you need. The peaceful atmosphere was appreciated for good restful nights. The pool is great and quiet. The seafront promenade is very close by and it's most pleasant. 15 minutes walking distance from Yumbo. A big thank you to Frédéric! I know where to come back next time :-)
