Situated just 5 minutes walk from the beach of Playa Del Ingles and just a short walk from the famous Yumbo Centre and minutes away from shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and transport links.
Situated as part of a private complex benefitting from 24 hour reception, security and pools to enjoy the all year sun with an on-site restaurant
The quiet private apartment consists of a cosy and comfortable main living area with TV and comfortable reclining seats for your enjoyment and relaxation. Also as a part of the main living area is a dining area with a table to sit and eat at or to entertain.
Off of the dining area is a kitchen area comprising units and a hob, combination microwave oven and integrated refrigerator and comprising all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you will require
The main living area leads through to the luxurious and restful bedroom area with a high quality double bed and fitted wardrobes to both sides and a concealed dressing table
Entered from the vestibule hallway is the shower room with a low level WC, large sink and large built in shower and ample built in storage units. Also in the shower rooms is the hidden laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer
Accessed from the main living area is the outside terrace area catching the afternoon sun for your enjoyment. The perfect spot to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail
