HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
1.Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2.Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence.
Please contact us if you wish to book in your own residence.
3.Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways).
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the door closed.
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4.Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5.Guests whose number exceeds that stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6.Guests with pets are requested to contact us before the stay. Due to the size of the apartment we can accommodate only 1 pet up to max 10 kg.
7.guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8.noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to prevent excessive noise levels.
9.Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage.
