This was a fantastic stay. Prime location, and in close proximity to the gay area. Great wifi (which was important as I had to work remotely while I was there). Fast communication. Beautiful place. 100% recommend

Incredible stay at Matt’s condo. The apartment is brand new and absolutely stunning. Condo and building have all modern amenities — including a rooftop pool, which I hear is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) in PV, a rain-style shower, beautiful patio overlooking cliff of condos, good air con. While I was initially slightly concerned that the building is still being finished when I booked the reservation, it proved to be no problem at all. We had no issues — if anything it was nice that there were few people around lol. Going into the trip I was also concerned that this would be the type of booking that looked really nice in the photos and sounded great per the description but wouldn’t hold up... It did not disappoint one bit - in fact it exceeded all of my expectations. My partner worked during the day and had no interruptions from sound, had strong Wi-Fi for Zoom calls, email, streaming. I also napped every day (sleep is bae, especially on vacation) and didn’t have any interruptions. Location is also great. A few mins away from the beach and all the bars, restaurants in Zona Romantica. Found the location to be particularly nice as well because while it’s close to everything, you’re not in the middle of all the clubs which play loud music into early morning. You can have that experience if you like (we went out to some of the pride events a couple of the nights), but then you get to escape to the quiet condo for peace, quiet and relaxation. A lot of bnb’s I’ve booked in the past are great because they offer a comfortable and safe place to sleep, but because the condo was so nice and relaxing, we even stayed in one of the nights to lounge and watch Netflix.... And definitely over-indexed in terms of the time spent at the pool (it’s insane — your jaw will literally drop when you step out of elevator). Matt was a great host - very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. I’m the type of traveler who asks a lot of questions (probably too many) and this was my first time using Misterbnb but he delightfully answered each one and made sure our stay was great. Can’t wait to get back. This is luxury living... Don’t sleep on booking this spot!
