The house has a large south-facing garden and 3 parking spaces. The wooden terrace is adorned with wisteria and rosebushes in bloom. A great opportunity to enjoy this space with your family, leaving the animals and children to play outside. Under the terrace you'll find an open storage area.
1st FLOOR: 40m2 living room (ceiling height 2.6m) including open-plan fitted kitchen. A corridor leads to a shower room/WC and access to a beautiful wooden staircase. The room opens directly onto the terrace, and is very bright and warm thanks to the parquet floor and large picture windows.
2nd FLOOR: Here you'll find a bathroom/WC and 3 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine.
