Private room in modern flat with private roof terrace

The flat is very modern and located centrally in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood. Our private 150m2 roof terrace is a great place to chill out and the view is spectacular. Your room is spacious and nicely decorated with own access to our terrace. Excellent public transportation around us. You are under 5min to City Center and the nightlife area "Langstrasse" is 10min bus ride away. You can also go for a hike up to "Uetliberg" nearby and enjoy the wonderful view over Lake Zurich. The space Your private room is modern, bright with lots sun light and spacious. The flat itself is approx. 150m2 with our own private roof terrace (approx. 150m2). This flat is newly built with top equipment and design. You will a have a nice view up to "Uetliberg" and the neighbourhood. You also can enjoy nice, colorful sunsets from our terrace. If you like to do a bbq, our terrace will be a good choice, too.

IMPORTANT: We have two dalmatians, one is 6yrs old and the other one is 2yrs old. They both are well behaving, love people and never show any kind of aggression, but you should be comfortable with bigger dogs. Please consider before your booking that we don't lock them away while we have guests. If you have any questions about them, don't hesitate to ask. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen (Tea, coffee and cooking materials are offered complimentary), laundry room, bathroom, the terrace and of course your private room. During your stay We will be most of the time around and if not we will let you know in advance. If you have any special requests, please let us know before confirming the booking. During your stay, if you need help with anything or tips for your trip let us know.
