Stay in my charming apartment, where you can choose between a private bedroom or a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2). Either option is fine. Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Located in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes by tram to the central station. Tram lines 14 and 9, and bus lines 33, 89, and 80 are 2 minutes away. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. No parties or excessive alcohol. Respectful guests with good social manners are preferred. Clean and organized = 🫶🏾 Looking forward to welcoming you!
