The space consists of a first floor plus two floors: the first floor is made up of garages for 3 cars. Second floor: 200 m2 with a 60m2 swimming pool (100,000 liters of water), 1.10 to 2.30 m deep, deck, gourmet area, TV room/bedroom. Incredible views of the Atlantic forest.
The second floor: 250 m2 has two more bedrooms (one en-suite), a guest bathroom, an open area integrating a dining room, an office, a living room, a terrace, a winter garden, a kitchen and an outdoor area with a vegetable garden and an orchard in its early stages.
A unique space where the natural energy makes the place a branch of paradise. The feeling of being in the middle of nature in the heart of Morumbi.

Furniture arrangement
Furniture and carpets can be moved as long as they are not damaged and are returned to their original place before leaving the house.
Garbage
For guests' comfort, there is a large (60-liter) garbage can next to the main staircase, but guests must put the garbage bag outside for collection by the garbage truck before leaving the house.
Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the ******** rate is for cleaning the floor and fabrics after your stay. It does not cover washing dishes, sweeping floors or collecting party supplies.
Any party decorations
No objects may be introduced into the pool water without prior authorization. No paper, candles, floats or any other objects.
Installations
No electrical or mechanical installation may be carried out without prior inspection of the equipment to be used. This includes the simple use of the socket for lighting objects.
Fixing pictures, posters or panels
Nothing may be fixed to the walls without prior inspection of the object and the manner in which it will be affixed.
Gates to the house
For security reasons, the gates to the enclosure of the house must be kept closed at all times and only opened for people to enter and leave.
Silence Law
Sound and other noises should not exceed 80 decibels, so that the inside of neighboring houses does not reach more than 70 decibels, which is permitted by law during the day.

After 10 p.m. sound and noise must cease in compliance with the Silence Law.
