These are to remain on and always running, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. - BUGS & CRITTERS: - Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. ACCESS HOUSE AND INSTRUCTIONS

For security purposes, you'll be given the code to enter the house along with other important instructions and house rules within 24 to 48 hours of your check-in time.

4. Avoid shoes or another footwear inside the house and clean after yourself. Our housekeeping stars work hard to perform an impeccable turnover and they will certainly love you for that!

5. DO NOT smoke inside the house. Just don’t please...

6. DO NOT open any windows as the Air Conditioner (A/C) needs to be ON 24/7. Welcome to one of the hottest and most humid weather in the USA!

7. THIS IS A DRUG-FREE HOME. And that includes marijuana folks! Very respectful, safe, family-oriented area, low-key and considerate neighbors. Definitely a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. You rarely hear something outside the house. Walking distance from Coconut Grove Metro-rail station, to Miracle mile and marketplace, lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee locations! Rented car, Taxi/Uber/Lyft, or public transportation (within walking distance) available.
