WELCOME! - My apartment is in the central place of Wangjing Area with two metro stations nearby and the Capital Airport is 15km away by Cab. - There are some shopping malls around and one of them is just downstairs which is with a 24 hours entry self-service gym LOVEFITT only cost ¥9.9 for one week for new membership. - You will share my bedroom/bed but couch is also stayable for any of us when privacy is needed. - You might be invited to join activities like Suana/Hiking/Sport with me and my gay friends if there is any during your stay. - Friends visiting or casual sex guest may be allowed with prior notice, depends.

The flat is well situated 10 minutes from two metro lines. It's exactly as described. Xiaoyu is a very kind guy, he always answered my questions rapidly and completely. But the flat was not clean and despite a cleaning company coming to clean it, it was not sufficient.

Xiaoyu is a very nice host. Always helping, even by phone while he is working. The house has everything you main need and it's just a few minutes walk from the metro station where two different lines stop, easy for the airport and for the city centre. Thanks Xiaoyu for the warm welcome!

Xiaoyu is a very relaxed and easygoing host. He has a beautiful cat. But she was not well so I couldn't play with her during my stay. There are lots of food options, just behind his block and they open till pretty late. There are also two convenience stores at each end of his block. The nearest subway station is around 10 minutes away and the nearest bus stop is around 2-3 minutes away, on foot. So it depends on which option is better for you.

Xiaoyu's apartment is at a very convenient location close to PEK airport, a subway station and a nice local shopping center. Communication is fast and he provides useful information for a pleasant stay in Beijing. The couch is comfortable, not as comfortable as a bed but fine. I did not get to meet Xiaoyu because of his work schedule but he made sure I could enter the place when I arrived and was very responsive.

Xiaoyu is an responsive and knowledgeable host. He provides excellent information on the city and places to visit. The apartment is at a good location, close to the subway and Beijing Capital Airport. The couch is not as comfortable as a bed but fine for a few nights. I did not get to meet Xiaoyu as he was busy with work but he made sure I had access.
