It is a guest suite separate from the rest of our townhouse - you get your own private entrance, entrance hall, bedroom and ensuite. There are no cooking facilities. We enter the townhouse via a different entrance and have our own facilities. There are no shared facilities. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the guest suite or in the garden environs outside. There is no parking on site and due to the closeness to the South Melbourne Market street parking in the vicinity is either permit or ******** hours but we can let you know where to park for free nearby subject to its availability. Please only use the bathroom fan when occupying the bathroom. Do not leave the bathroom fan on for the entirety of your stay as the fan motor and duct system is located upstairs in our home. The fan motor and duct system is noisy and affects our quiet enjoyment of our home if left on continuously.
