Share a bedroom in a quiet home in a peaceful neighborhood

No, you are not renting an entire home to yourself. In fact, you will be sharing my bedroom (probably a futon on the floor unless you are into sharing a bed). But it's inexpensive, you have access to all amenities, and you don't have to clean anything before you leave. Meet me, my dog, and maybe my other housemates, and relax. I have an extra large shower in my master bath, perfect if you don't like showering along. Nudity is welcome in the master bedroom suite, though not within the rest of the home. if you have stayed with me before, I've moved and my home is now about 4 miles from my old place.

I am only minutes away from Thunder Valley Casino, if you enjoy tempting lady luck. Their are numerous beautiful nature trails within a couple of blocks of my home. Gay centric Lavender Heights in Sacramento is 40 minutes away. Lincoln is a gateway to the Sierras and less than a two hour drive to Tahoe. If you like wine, we have a bunch of wineries in the area, and we are only 90 minutes from the Napa Valley.

What's it like staying with me? Consider it like taking a trip and staying with a friend. I will give you a private code to use to enter the house. The house is yours to use, except for private bedrooms. That includes laundry and kitchen. If you want to eat here, bring your own food or let me know in advance. You can watch many of the streaming services in the main living area, or relax on the bed and watch in the bedroom. I stay fairly busy, but if I know you would like some socializing, I will try to arrange my schedule accordingly. When staying with me, get comfortable and relax. While I generally do not provide meals, I am happy to join you at a local restaurant. I also usually have coffee, hot chocolate, fruit and toast available that you can share for breakfast. I can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. You will be sharing my bedroom, so if personal privacy is required, I might not be the best choice. I am friendly and uninhibited, but can also be a bit quiet and shy until I get to know you. My goal during your visit is to make sure you enjoy your stay, and that I am as good of company as possible.
