Enjoy a fully-equipped private 2 bed/sitting rooms + private bathroom, near downtown Hartford, a golf course, college campus, gym, LGBTQ+ Dance Club/Bar, and park. The bedroom includes a comfortable bed for two, a workspace, coffee table + 2 chairs, and TV. The living space includes a microwave oven, toaster oven, small fridge, TV, a full pull-out sofa-bed for two, and a wardrobe. The connecting corridor between the two spaces include a washer & dryer. The recently renovated private bath & shower is shared between the two rooms.

Great place close to all the highways. You have the third floor to yourself. It's up a small spiral staircase which would make it hard for a larger suitcase. Very clean and comfy with all the stuff one needs. Very nice hosts. Very quiet and comfortable full size bed.

This was an excellent place. I will most definitely stay here again when in the area. You have the entire 3rd floor to yourself. Richard was also great at communicating with me.

Everything was fabulous. Richard personally gave us a tour, and was super nice. The included space is up a spiral staircase with a private bathroom and all we needed. It's within 5 to 20 minutes of everything we needed to get to. Very easy and comfortable stay.
