House Rules & Waiver of Liability Waiver of liability for vacation rental, pool and hot tub use: By contracting for this vacation rental, Guest agrees to hold harmless the host from any injury or death, or illness associated with guest’s and guest’s guests’ use of the vacation rental, hot tub, pool and pool area. Guest will ensure that all visitors also agree to waiver of liability and agree to abide by house rules. • Guest acknowledges that there is no life guard on duty in the pool and hot tub area. As such, • Guest is responsible for Guest's safety and the safety of any guests of Guest. • Guest acknowledges that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool or hot tub. • Guest acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around a pool and hot tub area. • Guest hereby assumes all responsibility for all Guest's safe use of the hot tub, pool and pool area. House Rules 1. All Guests and Visitors must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Hosts during their stay 2. Guests must immediately notify Host of any disputes or complaints from neighbors 3. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep any noise down. Quiet hours 10pm=>8 am. 4. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement including eviction and loss of rental and extra charges paid 5. Events and Additional guests: Pre-approve visitors with the host; there is an additional charge for the visitors. Event/visitor hours are 12 pm to 10 pm. 6. “Open-invite” parties (i.e., those advertised on ********) are prohibited 7. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. 8. No firearms or weapons or illegal drugs/substances of any kind permitted on property. 9. Pets are not allowed. 10. Please don't eat in the beds, the sheets stain easily. 11. No smoking indoors; if you smoke outdoors please clean up your waste before you leave 12. Please collect any trash before checking out. If needed, there is a large green trash can to the right of the garage doors on the ground floor. All trash must be bagged tightly. 13. No public nudity. No party decorations are allowed to be hung inside the guest house as they damage surfaces. Patio & Pool rules – No Exceptions 1. No Glass, Diving or Running outdoors 2. No lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk 3. No food or alcohol may be consumed in the pool or hot tub. Should it be necessary to drain, clear out the filter, re-fill and re-heat the hot tub or pool due to the preceding terms not being adhered to, a fee of $500 must be paid by the guest. Parking 1. One space is available on property for the guest in the upper left section of the driveway next to the pool area. Do not block the first two garage door bays near the street. 2. Ample street parking is available. Follow local traffic laws in parking. 3. Be sure to park facing the direction of traffic or else you may be at risk for a ticket 4. Do not block any driveways or intersections.
