House with private pool near bike trail short drive to beach

Make some memories at this unique home. The recently renovated Ranch features a private in-ground pool, sunroom, garage, grilling area and covered outdoor dining area. The house is steps ways from Georgetown-Lewes bike trail, which leads to downtown Lewes, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park. We are located east of Route 1 and just just a few miles from Lewes beach!

The Space: Enjoy one-level living in this ranch home, that has recently been renovated with new flooring and paint. Guests will have access to 5 of the bedrooms (one rooms is a pass-through) , 2 bathrooms, and 2-car garage. Locked off spaces are not available to guests. The dining room has seating for 7-8 and has a patio door with access to a relaxing sunroom.

The large backyard is divided into two sections. Half of the yard is fenced and has a private pool, covered grill and dining area. The other half of the yard is grassy and has plenty of room for the kiddos to run around. Guests will not have interior access to any of the detached structures in the backyard.

Pool opens in May!

Note: We do not provide bed sheets and towels. Each bed will have a quilt shams along with mattress and pillow protectors. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or purchase linen rental package from a local vendor.
