SUPERB CENTRAL LOCATION AND SUPERB VIEW FROM YOUR BALCONY. 7th floor studio apartment fully furnished with design elements and custom made furniture and a small breakfast terrace with an amazing view overlooking the Statue of Liberty and the entire Rakoczi Avenue, and Astoria. This studio is newly renovated with brand new furnitures, bathroom and accessories, soundproof windows and wall. Has Free high speed WIFI, LED TV, Air Conditioning, kitchen and breakfast balcony as shown on the pictures. You are in short walking distance to all main sites. Great Synagogue behind your building, The most famous ruin pub behind your building, The Danube River 7 minutes walking, the Basilica 10 minutes walking, The closest gay bar 2 minute walking, Pedestrian shopping street 6 minutes walking. Great Market Hall 15 minutes walking. And the closest underground station 2 minutes walking away, where also the Hopp-on hopp-off bus stop is located as well. The nearest food store is across the building and there are about 50 restaurants and bars within 2-3 minutes. So you are in the middle of it all! The building is equipped with elevator up to your floor. Please keep in mind however that this magnificent design studio is not a ballroom! Kitchen and bathroom are small but all very well equipped and brand new. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony!
