Within a short walk, guests can reach the Athenian Riviera coastline for swimming, sunset walks, and beach bars, while a 15-minute stroll leads into the heart of Glyfada—a lively hub filled with inclusive cafés, stylish restaurants, cocktail bars, and boutique shopping. Excellent location for exploring the Athens Riviera. The apartment was spotless. Costas is tech-savvy and installed a lighting system that can be adjusted to suit any mood. He provided everything I needed for my beach days. He is very articulate and eloquent and enjoyable to talk to. You'll be delighted to stay here.

We had a great stay at Costas. With all the good review Costas exceeded my expectations. Warm, friendly, caring. Great place, location. We were able to park in the street (for free). To Pikpa beach no car needed at all, just walk 5-10min. Clothing optional there. Upscale area, safe, good quality supermarkets. All together I look back at a memorable week.

Bunking w Costas at Green View Apartments in Glyfada was an excellent choice on my part. My room was clean, bed was soft, bathroom had all the amenities, and soaps. Costas was a comedian and made me a fabulous breakfast. His unit was blocks away from shopping and great restaurants which i had the pleasure to sample. W the beach across the street, his place is my new private getaway!

I loved staying at Costas' place. Costas is an amazing and charming host. We had several long conversations over coffee while keeping out of the searing heat. The apartment is immaculate and so comfortable. He gave me several recommendations for beaches and restaurants in neighbouring Glyfada. I felt very much at home and I hope to connect with him again sometime. I would highly recommend time spent with this beautiful soul. Tens across the board! 10 10 10

I had a delightful few days staying at this home. Costa is lovely, he is friendly and helpful. He he flat is full of interesting and thought provoking art. Fabulous lighting and a comfortable bed.
