The area has a reputation for being safe, relaxed, and socially open, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, and friends alike.

This is a residential building located in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM and during local quiet hours between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• Excessive noise is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered visitors require prior approval from the host.
• Please treat the apartment with the same care and respect you would show your own home.
• This is a privately owned residence and not a purpose-built holiday rental. The property contains original artwork, decorative items and equipment of both financial and sentimental value. We kindly ask guests to handle all contents with care.
• Any accidental damage should be reported promptly so that it can be addressed appropriately.
• For security reasons, please ensure all windows, doors, and air-conditioning units are properly secured when leaving the apartment.
• Check-in and check-out times should be respected unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
The vast majority of guests are wonderful, and these rules simply help preserve the quality of the home and maintain good relations with our neighbours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
