• Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered visitors require prior approval from the host.
• Please treat the apartment with the same care and respect you would show your own home.
• This is a privately owned residence and not a purpose-built holiday rental. The property contains original artwork, decorative items and equipment of both financial and sentimental value. We kindly ask guests to handle all contents with care.
• Any accidental damage should be reported promptly so that it can be addressed appropriately.
• For security reasons, please ensure all windows, doors, and air-conditioning units are properly secured when leaving the apartment.
