Just 4 doors down from the heart of the vibrant nightlife, our apartment is a stone's throw from The Studio for live music/comedy, The Rabbithole Arcade Pub - a beloved LGBTQ+ bar, Phillies Pub, plus a wealth of cafes and restaurants. Once unlivable, now brimming with charm, this place is a testament to revival. Please note, due to building rules, we cannot accommodate dogs, children or parties.

Nestled just north of the bustling city center, Haebangchon is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood in Seoul, South Korea. Haebangchon, meaning 'Liberation Village', brims with a fascinating blend of the traditional and contemporary.

This area's history is as rich as its offering of cultural experiences. Once a refuge for North Korean migrants during the Korean War, it's now a melting pot of cultures, home to Korean residents as well as a thriving expatriate community.

The streets of Haebangchon are an eclectic mix of old and new, where traditional hanok houses meet modern establishments. Its charming alleyways are packed with a myriad of small businesses - from local food markets, charming coffee shops, art galleries, to fashionable boutiques.

The local dining scene is both diverse and exciting, boasting traditional Korean eateries, alongside international restaurants offering cuisines from around the world. Its nightlife is also not to be missed, with a variety of bars, pubs, and live music venues such as The Studio.

Getting around from Haebangchon is convenient, thanks to Seoul's comprehensive public transport network. Noksapyeong Station (Line 6) is the nearest subway station, which provides easy access to various parts of Seoul. The area is also served by several bus lines that can take you directly to different districts within the city. Taxis are plentiful and relatively affordable, providing another convenient option for getting around.

N Seoul Tower: Just a short hike or cable car ride away, the N Seoul Tower provides a panoramic view of the city from atop Namsan Mountain.

Gyeongbokgung Palace: This historical landmark is a direct subway ride from Noksapyeong station to Gyeongbokgung station.

Bukchon Hanok Village: You can take the subway from Noksapyeong to Anguk Station. The village, famous for its traditional Korean houses, is a short walk from there.
