Hi there, this is our newly renovated guest house, with two bedrooms and one bath. We live next door and the two yards are joined! But, the guest house has complete privacy (Although we might meet you in the pool). By the way, it's heated AND enclosed so perfect in all four seasons. The guest house has a full kitchen and features a pool table/ping pong. It's very near downtown, midtown, the Paseo, and about two miles to the gay strip.

Hi there, our rules are pretty simple - treat the home well, and enjoy! It's a non-smoking house, inside and out. Use coasters (provided), there is a nice leather couch so be aware of that. Let us know if you'd like to use the pool table or the ping-pong table and we're happy to set it up.
The pool: no guests! And it closes at 10pm. Music outdoors is not allowed unless it's very quiet. Our yard and the guest house yard are connected. Please use the guest house yard, the fire pit is in our yard and not available - unless we invite you over! The pool is shared - so you may see us in there - and it's clothing optional.
