Beautiful two-bedroom apartment in our home (we live downstairs), with a fully-equipped kitchen. A stunning swimming pool (nudity welcome) overlooks the ideal Tuscan countryside. Close to Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, and Montepulciano. Go to Florence for the day! One hour by car, or just 45 minutes by train from Arezzo. You can walk into our village in 10 minutes and go to the market, bar, or a wonderful locally owned restaurant, La Vecchia Ruota. For those that value privacy, quiet, and natural beauty, you can look no further than "Il Pinarello".

Il Pinarello is in the village of Marciano della Chiana, where we are well-known and completely "out". The village is accepting and loving, but obviously there are is LGBTQ scene. But you will be welcomed warmly at the local cafe, market, and restaurant. In Arezzo, there are more cocktail bars and restaurants that obviously have a gay presence. For a gay bar however, one must travel to Florence, which has several bars and clubs. Most train rides are approximately 45 minutes to Florence.

We share a wall with our wonderful Italian neighbors, so for that reason we expect all music to be kept at a tolerable level and within the apartment. Quiet time begins at 10pm. Music CAN be played down by the pool, but again, not for the entire valley. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. Pets are not allowed. We love them! But at home. Rules for recycling in Italy are complicated, but we're glad they take it seriously. Please refer to the house manual for the categories and where they are kept. Please do not move furniture around. Accidents happen, if you break something, just write it down and alert the team. Nudity is allowed and encouraged down by the pool. However, please put something on when walking from the pool to the house. We want to be respectful of our neighbors.
