Welcome to San Antonio! The guest suite is a private retreat with its own separate entrance and exclusive hot tub and fire pit. You will be close to everything in this centrally located casita. It is nestled in a peaceful and beautiful historic landmark neighborhood.
A 10 min drive gets you to most of Downtown, the Riverwalk, the Pearl, and the Alamodome. The Medical District is less than a 15 minute drive. Easy access to the I-10 will make commuting around San Antonio quickly.
THE SPACE --The unit is on the second floor, stairs are required--
The TexMex guest suite has an open living room/bedroom area. Comfy and cozy king sized bed. TV is logged in to watch Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Prime Video and Paramount+. Netflix and HBO Max are downloaded so you can log in to your personal account. Private mini split AC/heating system for personal comfort. Couch pulls out into a queen sized bed should you need it for your guests. Kitchen is stocked with the essentials to make an at home meal. Coffee is provided. Cozy up and enjoy the starlit sky while the wood fire pit is lit. Relax and unwind in the hot tub!
You will have your own private fully fenced yard and access to the entire unit
This is a guesthouse - the unit is located towards the back lot of the main house where myself and my husband live.
Washer/Dryer on property on the first floor inside garage. They are shared with front house, which is where myself and my husband live. Feel free to use them if needed.
GETTING AROUND/THE NEIGHBORHOOD There are several restaurants, businesses, and grocery store HEB within walking distance.
Ubers/Lyfts are readily available in the area.
PARKING Parking is available either down the side driveway leading to a covered carport or street parking directly in front of the house.

As a repeat guest at Diego's studio, it once again was nothing less than exceptional! It is such a cozy, convenient, and spacious place that is truly like a home away from home when traveling. Cannot recommend enough!

I recently stayed at Diego's casita, and guys, it was an absolute gem! The place was spotless, cozy, and had some serious style points going on. I was practically doing a happy dance when I saw the amenities – fully loaded kitchen and A+ toiletries! Diego wasn't messing around! Plus, the location was a game-changer, right smack close to all the cool stuff San Antonio has to offer. Communication was on point, and Diego even managed to make the price tag look like a steal for this level of awesomeness. Seriously, if you're in town and want a killer stay that won't burn a hole in your wallet, hit up Diego's place. You won't regret it! Thank you for hosting me!

Diego's studio is incredible! It was the perfect space for my needs as a solo business traveler. The studio was so clean and spacious, and it was just perfect for working and/or relaxing. The location is close to both downtown and the airport, and it is in a quiet residential area. The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze, and Diego was great at communicating instructions. I would highly recommend Diego's studio to anyone!
