Come and enjoy this private room (double bed, large window providing plenty of light) in a charming, fully-equipped townhouse and small garden, in Aubervilliers, two metro stations from Paris (line 7) and close to La Folie and La Villette, an LGBTQ+ venue (Mustang evening, Bingo Drag aperitif, etc.).
Communal areas: a kitchen opening onto a large living room where you can relax and enjoy the calm of the neighborhood while getting to know each other; bathroom and toilet.
Good to know: we have a cat with us in the house, but it's not very allergenic.
Access to the Stade de France: 4 kilometers away, about 40 minutes on foot, 30 minutes by public transport, 15 minutes by bike. Olympic training pool: 3 minutes' walk.
