Come enjoy a peaceful suite in a contemporary villa. The room features air conditioning, a very comfortable 1M60 bed with a mattress topper, a private bathroom and toilet, and a large picture window that lets in natural light and overlooks a lovely green terrace and a large pool.
The port of Denia is 20 km away, with a ferry that takes you to Ibiza in 2 hours. You’ll also find the first beautiful cove less than 1 km away, followed by other stunning coves and beaches
Please note that Javea is not located in or near Ibiza, but is a 2-hour ferry/boat ride away.

Javea (Xabia in Catalan) is located 120 km (1 hr 15 min) from Valencia, 100 km (1 hr) from Alicante, and 45 km (45 min) from Benidorm, known for its gay district. Denia is 20 km away, where there is a gay naturist beach and a ferry—with or without a car—to Ibiza (the trip takes 2 hours). Javea, considered the most beautiful town in the provinces of Valencia and Alicante, has a unique microclimate, a beautiful beach, numerous stunning coves, and, of course, many bars and restaurants. Javea consists mainly of magnificent villas with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains; these are purchased by foreigners from all over the world and are highly sought after by residents of Madrid. The old town, with its beautiful pedestrian streets, is an absolute must-see.

The house is fantastic, even better than the pictures suggest, and Francesco is a really nice person. The house is perfectly located to explore the coast and it was fantastic to come back to that beautiful pool! Tchupy, Francesco's dog, is so sweet, she made the stay even better! A very positive experience, we recommend it!

I had a fantastic two-days stay at Francesco's house. It is a hidden gem! Communication with Francesco was smooth, and he is a very friendly and interesting host. The house is stunning: modern, stylish, and beautifully decorated. It is also incredibly peaceful. It is honestly one of the nicest houses I have ever been to. The little dog is also adorable and made my stay even more special. You will need a car to get there and get around. Location is perfect for discovering this beautiful area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Merci Francesco pour votre accueil et votre amabilité !

Francis it's a great host, attentive and friendly. He is always ready to give great advice. My partner and I spent some wonderful days with him. The house is beautiful, a real gem: where we took advantage of the fantastic swimming pool. Also Tchoupy (a very cute little dog) is part of this beautiful feedback. If you have any doubts, you don't need them here, everything is great. Thanks Francis for everything, we will definitely come back to visit you again.
