Come enjoy a suite in a quiet, contemporary villa. The ultra-modern bedroom features air conditioning / reversible system, a very comfortable 1m60 bed with a mattress topper, a private bathroom and toilet, a large picture window, and a lovely terrace overlooking a magnificent pool and a lush green garden. The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has private parking. The port of Denia is less than 20 km away, with a ferry ⛴ that takes you to Ibiza in 2 hours. Less than 1 km away is the first beautiful cove, followed by other stunning coves and beaches.
