ONE OF A KIND Convention Center adjacent, walk to downtown Palm Spring

We're located a 1/2 block away from the Palm Springs Convention center, 4 blocks from the center of Downtown Palm Spring and very close to restaurants, theater, bars clothing and furniture and everything that is Palm Springs! This is an amazing house in a perfect location! It's a small complex with 12 other units, this is the largest floor plan and is extremely quiet! AS PER OUR PERMIT WITH THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, THE IS A ZERO AMPLIFIED OUTDOOR NOISE REGULATION. This is a strict ordinance FROM THE CITY of PALM SPRINGS. This includes any amplified noise in the courtyard. We're sorry this is the case but, it's the law. Our permit depends on you observing this very important rule. And we thank you in advance for adhering to the rule! As far as PETS... we only allow a DOG (maybe a small second one) up to 50 pounds. We can discuss any larger size dogs (sorry, no cats as we are allergic). Please make sure your dog is not aggressive or destructive and please make sure he/she is house trained as we have carpeting in the upstairs area. LASTLY, The City of Palm Springs requires us to have a separate contract for your stay (we will supply it), we need a picture of your valid ID and the Palm Springs Regulations form signed by all adults.
