Back inside, three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds dressed in luxury Brooklinen sheets provide a peaceful and private haven for rest and relaxation. Each bedroom offers ceiling fans, blackout and solar shades, dressers and ample closet space with luggage racks and clothes hampers. Notably, one of the bedrooms can be transformed from a king-size bed into two twin XL beds upon request, and the living room sofa also offers a full sized pull-out bed, catering to specific guest preferences.

Southhouse FTL offers guests a 65 inch smart TV equipped with ROKU and SONOS surround sound, SONOS Roam speaker for music at the beach and by the pool, indoor and outdoor dining for 6-8 people, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, bath and beach towels, portable beach chairs, luxury toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), hair dryers in each bathroom, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and dishware, coffee maker and small appliances, cooking supplies and more.

Take Broward BCycle (station is just 3 blocks away) to explore the area like a local or hop on the luxury high-speed Brightline rail (station is just 5 minutes away) for a quick trip to Miami’s gay hot spots and other south Florida points of interest. Dedicated off-street parking is also provided for up to four cars.
