Vacation home with pool 10 minutes walk from the beach

Reservations are accepted FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS, AND EXCLUSIVELY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The accommodation that is rented represents half of the semi-detached house, the central wall is common, the houses, each with its own garden, are completely divided by the fence. The house consists of large and bright living room with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom, utility room with washing machine. The accommodation is located on the mezzanine and second floor, connected by the internal staircase. On the mezzanine floor is the open space with a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven, the living/dining room, a bathroom and the utility room-laundry room, the terrace furnished with a table for six people and a sitting area. On the second floor are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200) and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has a balcony. The open space and bedrooms have air conditioning. The private garden offers two other relaxation areas, the sunbathing area next to the pool, and the barbeque. The two outdoor relaxation areas each have two gazebos offering shade, and there are ********brellas next to the pool as well. Parking for two cars is provided outside the garden fence, which is always private property, and there is space for a third car inside the garden as well. The house is ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay, is perfect for a family or group of friends, and is located just a ten-minute walk from the nearest beach. All the beaches, both towards Fažana and Puntisella, face the Brijuni Islands.
Only 3 minutes away you will find a small grocery store; the supermarket is 2 km away, in Fažana. There are several restaurants nearby, some of them within walking distance, and some beach bars. The vacation home is 200 meters from the bus stop to Pula. .For lovers of adventure on two wheels - amateurs and professionals - Fažana and Valbandon, two trails - 301 Vasianum and 302 San Eliseo will take you away from everyday stress and show you Fažana and its surroundings in a whole new way. The biking trails extend along paved roads and the promenade that skirts the crystal clear Fasana sea, continue on dirt road paths surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, pass through olive groves, and pass along dry stone walls. The paths are marked, connected to each other.
Heading toward the beach, there is a cove where you can admire a small, quiet green oasis and meet some of our special inhabitants-the white and gray heron and wild ducks. This oasis is located on the point where the spring water meets the sea, one of the specially selected places on the Good Vibrations Trail. From Valbandon you can walk to Fažana with a pleasant walk along the sea, under the foliage of pine trees.
