A very cozy Master Suite (PRIVATE). Also, private entrence. Salt water pool. The kitchenette is not a full kitchen but has a refrigerator, toaster oven, air fryer, and microwave, gas and charcoal grill shared in back yard. There are 2 sinks in the master bathroom. Also, paper plates are available and plastic cups. You have a 55-inch smart TV next to your bed and a 45-inch smart TV on your private patio and sectional. Private gas fire pit for the chilly desert nights. Nudist welcome!
Refills on gas tanks $30 or I can give you info on filling yourself.
Hot tub is not included and pool is not heated.
If you are not a city person, please be aware there are sounds such as trains, helicopters, sirens, etc. You are definitely in the city here.

There is no glass at pool of any kind. Please use plastic cups and plates that are in your unit.
Quiet time is 10pm to 8am although pool can be used 24 hours.
No pets.
Any guests other than who is on the reservation must be approved by us in advance, and you accept full responsibility for your guest. A $50 fee for your guest must be paid in advance.
Smoking or vaping must be done outside, and please clean up after yourself. Marijuana is legal in Arizona, and you are welcome to smoke outside.
DO NOT enter the mechanics of the pool at the side of the property with the fence around it, and DO NOT make any changes as this will result in a pool charge starting at $225.
