A very cozy Master Suite (PRIVATE). Also, private entrence. Salt water pool. The kitchenette is not a full kitchen but has a refrigerator, toaster oven, air fryer, and microwave, gas and charcoal grill shared in back yard. There are 2 sinks in the master bathroom. Also, paper plates are available and plastic cups. You have a 55-inch smart TV next to your bed and a 45-inch smart TV on your private patio and sectional. Private gas fire pit for the chilly desert nights. Nudist welcome!
Refills on gas tanks $30 or I can give you info on filling yourself.
Hot tub is not included and pool is not heated.
If you are not a city person, please be aware there are sounds such as trains, helicopters, sirens, etc. You are definitely in the city here.

We have been living in Arizona for almost 4 years. I am from the Midwest, and Yoel is from Venezuela. We love cooking out, wine, travel, biking, and swimming. We also have had a home in Guadalajara MX for 13 years, and we go as often as possible. I love Latin culture. Love making new friends and love opening my guest suite up to wonderful people and sharing our wonderful space.

Quiet time is 10pm to 8am There is no glass at pool of any kind. Please use plastic cups and plates that are in your unit. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am although pool can be used 24 hours. No pets. Any guests other than who is on the reservation must be approved by us in advance, and you accept full responsibility for your guest. A $50 fee for your guest must be paid in advance. Smoking or vaping must be done outside, and please clean up after yourself. Marijuana is legal in Arizona, and you are welcome to smoke outside. DO NOT enter the mechanics of the pool at the side of the property with the fence around it, and DO NOT make any changes as this will result in a pool charge starting at $225.

Tim and Yoel were wonderful hosts. The room, mini-kitchen and bathroom were so welcoming, clean and comfortable. I've stayed at several Mr. B & Bs, and the accommodations here were some of the nicest. To top it off, the pool and patio area were perfect for the Arizona summer. The hosts were quite friendly and knowledgeable of the Phoenix region. Once again, I have made friends with my Mr. B & B stays!

Location: If you are looking to be somewhere in the downtown area this is a great location. Very easy to move around. I think is was 13 minutes to the Car Rental hub at the airport. Central. The BR/Bath/Kichen-ish space and close all workable. Tim stocks cookies, fruit et al. Outside private patio is like a living dining space is I used it a lot. The Pool and backyard were very high quality and well done. Only drawback (not for me) was close to trains. You may need earplugs ..

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean with a good price and lots of personal touches. The host was very nice and had excellent communication with us as guests.

Very well appointed room with lots of extra details including snacks and wine. Host was very responsive. Note: to lock the gate from the outside rotate the knob as shown (I didn't get that at first).

★★★★★ 5/5 — Wonderful Stay with a Gracious Host I had a fantastic stay at Tim's private master suite. Tim was a very gracious host and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. I stayed for five nights over a weekend to reconnect with old friends and attend an important business meeting during the week. The suite itself is spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally private, with its own gated entrance and easy access to a beautiful shared pool area. The setting was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for both work and downtime. I look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the pool and unwind again. Highly recommended!

Such a great space in a wonderful town. Uber and Lyft were cheap, so no issue back and forth to downtown. The host is amazing, and pool is a great asset. The rooms were exceptionally stocked with everything I need.

Tim and Company are friendly and easy to get along with, and the rental space is a clean and well-stocked efficiency apartment with its own entrance. The backyard pool is private and new, in excellent condition. It was enjoyable to stay with Tim and I look forward to doing so again if I return to Phoenix.

I enjoyed my all too brief stay at Tim's charming home. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the pool and beautifully landscaped back yard were a wonderful respite from the intense heat. The best part was Tim's gracious hospitality
