Look forward to a well-kept, tastefully furnished, high-quality & quiet apartment (55 sqm), 1 bedroom (comfortable bed 140x200 cm). The sleeping area is separated from the living-dining room by a curtain. You have a sofa bed for visitors, modern shower room & top kitchen with full equipment, dishwasher, own washing machine & dryer, workplace.
Max. 2 pers (+ baby). The apartment is within walking distance of the university, perfect public transport connections. Bakery & supermarket on foot. Own parking space directly at the apartment - it is a covered carport on private property.
The kitchen is really equipped with everything you need and also offers enough equipment for a long-term stay (vacuum cleaner, cleaning cupboard). Look forward to hosts from the LGBT community who have thought of everything (iron, microwave, coffee machine with capsules, TV with entertainment, WiFi: telephone flat rate for city and German landline connections, Internet flat rate, MagentaTV with over 100 TV channels, including around 20 in HD, including series and films from the Megathek and TV comfort fun...Welcome!
