Enjoy a room in my newly renovated, comfortable and cozy double room in shared apartment, equipped with TV, air conditioning, closet, desk, towels. The room has a private bathroom on the floor and a common space, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, induction plate, espresso machine, kettle, dishes), to share your days with other guests. 2 or 4-handed massages are available upon request. You can visit the city comfortably on foot or by using public transportation or, given the proximity of the train station, take advantage of the location as a base for touring Tuscany! (Municipal tourist tax 3.5 € per day per person to be paid on the spot

Easily reached on foot from both the Airport and the train station, the location is ideal for discovering the city of Pisa or as a base for visiting Florence, Lucca, the coast. You'll be able to reach the beaches of the Pisa coast or the LGBTQ+ naturist beach of Lecciona Torre del Lago, and if you like rocks you can go to the Livorno coast to the Sassoscritto naturist area. Mamamia in Torre del Lago is only a 30-minute drive away.

Please turn off the air conditioning and lights before leaving the apartment. The hall light is timed while the staircase light must be turned off manually. When checking out, leave the room keys inserted in the door and the front door keys inside the safe ******** box. Take care to keep the bathroom door closed even in your absence. Since the kitchen is a common space shared with other guests, please respect the space by keeping it tidy and clean after use so that everyone can enjoy it, washing used dishes and not leaving around garbage and food residue. (Municipal tourist tax 3.5 € per person per day to be paid on the spot) Do not leave your car in front of the accommodation because the road is private for residents.

Excellent stay and we wish we could have stayed longer as one night was too short. Excellent apartment we set-up with everything we needed and in a great location close to the airport. Marco is a great host and communicated well throughout. Made us feel at home here. Thanks for a great stay. Would highly recommend.

My experience at Donkey Room was truly splendid! The owners are kind, helpful and super friendly people, always ready to make you feel at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and thoughtfully curated. I will definitely return with pleasure, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a stay near Pisa airport, as in my case.

I stayed here one night before a flight, and was really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the accommodation. Marco and Luca were really welcoming too, and helped out with any questions I had while I was there. The walk into town is about 20 minutes at best for exploration and the walk to the airport is about 15 minutes too - no need for the bus/taxis! Overall I had a great time - thanks both!

Marco was really super friendly. We mostly communicated via ******** due to both of us having conflicting schedules. He always responded promptly and kindly! It was really pleasant to stay with him. I hope to come back soon!

Stay here was so nice! The place was clean and very comfortable. I also found it in a very quiet part of the city despite it being close to the airport. Marco was very helpful with check in and check out and also very generous in advice about the area. Highly recommend!

Macro was a great host! And the room was lovely too. The entire home is fully renovated and very comfortable. The shared kitchen is large and well stocked for convenience. Its an easy walk to the train station and just far enough away from town that it's peaceful, but still feels close.
