Enjoy a room in my newly renovated, comfortable and cozy double room in shared apartment, equipped with TV, air conditioning, closet, desk, towels. The room has a private bathroom on the floor and a common space, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, induction plate, espresso machine, kettle, dishes), to share your days with other guests. 2 or 4-handed massages are available upon request. You can visit the city comfortably on foot or by using public transportation or, given the proximity of the train station, take advantage of the location as a base for touring Tuscany! (Municipal tourist tax 3.5 € per day per person to be paid on the spot)

Easily reached on foot from both the Airport and the train station, the location is ideal for discovering the city of Pisa or as a base for visiting Florence, Lucca, the coast. You'll be able to reach the beaches of the Pisa coast or the LGBTQ+ naturist beach of Lecciona Torre del Lago, and if you like rocks you can go to the Livorno coast to the Sassoscritto naturist area. Mamamia in Torre del Lago is only a 30-minute drive away.

Please turn off the air conditioning and lights before leaving the apartment. The hall light is timed while the staircase light must be turned off manually. When checking out, leave the room keys inserted in the door and the front door keys inside the safe ******** box. Take care to keep the bathroom door closed even in your absence. Since the kitchen is a common space shared with other guests, please respect the space by keeping it tidy and clean after use so that everyone can enjoy it, washing used dishes and not leaving around garbage and food residue. (Municipal tourist tax 3.5 € per person per day to be paid on the spot) Do not leave your car in front of the accommodation because the road is private for residents.

Marco's B&B is really very nice and functional. The host was kind and willing to answer every request of mine. Unfortunately I only stayed one night but I'm sure there will be opportunities to return. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, see you soon!

The place is very modern, clean, luxury, fully renovated and with a very good location. Marco and Luca are very friendly and share many recommendations and tips about places to visit and how to get there. I can recommend this place for 100 %.

If you've found Marco's apartment, you've found it! The space is beautifully planned, and you even have a private bath and a separate sitting area! There's even cooling water—the perfect thing to have after a trip! And you can walk from the airport, which is so cool!

Absolutely fantastic stay with Marco and Luca! The place was super clean and well-located near the airport and city center. Marco and Luca were great hosts: had excellent communication, gave helpful recommendations, and were very welcoming! 10/10 stay, highly recommend!!

Very welcoming and clean apartment, with attention to detail. The spaces are well organized and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent communication with the hosts, Marco and Luca, always kind and helpful. The massage service was also greatly appreciated. Definitely a positive experience, highly recommended.
