Enjoy your stay in a comfortable and cozy double room, located in a recently renovated shared apartment. The room is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a closet, a desk, and towels. You’ll have access to a private bathroom for the exclusive use of the room’s guests and a shared kitchen with the guests of the other room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, espresso machine, kettle, and dishes. Upon request and by prior arrangement, 2- or 4-hand massages are available, primarily on weekends. Massages are subject to a separate fee. The accommodation is located about a 13-minute walk from the Pisa airport and about a 21-minute walk from the Pisa Centrale train station. You can explore Pisa on foot or by public transportation and easily reach other destinations in Tuscany, such as Lucca, Florence, Viareggio, Livorno, and Siena. The tourist tax is €3.50 per person per day and must be paid on site.

Located about a 13-minute walk from the airport and a 21-minute walk from the train station, this location is ideal for exploring Pisa and its most famous sites, such as Piazza dei Miracoli with the Leaning Tower, Piazza dei Cavalieri, Borgo Stretto, and the Lungarni. It’s also a great starting point for visiting Florence, Lucca, Livorno, and the Tuscan coast.
For breakfast, I recommend Vanilla Cafè at Via Pasquale Pardi 33, known for its pastries and high-quality products—it’s also a great spot to stop for an aperitif. For a drink with friends, Spritzmania in Piazza Cairoli is a gay-friendly bar located in one of the liveliest squares in the historic center. For dinner, my favorite restaurant is Alla Maniera di Grace, where you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere, excellent seafood dishes, good wine, and an owner who’ll make you feel right at home.
Pisa is a generally open and welcoming university town, even though it doesn’t have a true gay district or many venues dedicated exclusively to the LGBTQ+ community. If you’re looking for a livelier LGBTQ+ night out, Torre del Lago is a destination worth considering: Mamamia and Buddy are well-known spots within the community and are located about a 30-minute drive from Pisa.
If you love the sea, you can choose the beaches along the Pisa coast or head to Lecciona Beach in Torre del Lago, which is also popular with naturists. If you prefer rocky shores, you can go to Sassoscritto on the Livorno coast, where there’s an area frequented by naturists. The two locations are in different areas, so I recommend planning your visits separately.

Before leaving the apartment, remember to turn off the air conditioning and the lights. The light in the entryway turns off automatically, while the one on the stairs must be turned off manually. When you check out, leave your room keys in the door lock and place the front door keys in the safe. Please keep the bathroom door closed at all times, even when you’re not using it. The kitchen is a shared space with other guests. Please leave it clean and tidy after each use by washing the dishes and disposing of trash and food scraps in the designated bins. This way, everyone can enjoy using the space. Please do not park in front of the accommodation, as the street is private and reserved for residents. Municipal tourist tax: €3.50 per person per day, to be paid on site.

Marco's B&B is really very nice and functional. The host was kind and willing to answer every request of mine. Unfortunately I only stayed one night but I'm sure there will be opportunities to return. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, see you soon!

If you've found Marco's apartment, you've found it! The space is beautifully planned, and you even have a private bath and a separate sitting area! There's even cooling water—the perfect thing to have after a trip! And you can walk from the airport, which is so cool!
