• Absolutely no large disruptive parties (calm bachelor and bachelorette gatherings welcome). We will charge $75 extra for each additional person not included on reservation at the time of booking. Unapproved extra people will be asked to leave and reservation will be canceled..
• Kindly, remove shoes before entering the home. This helps us to keep the floors and rugs spotless for your stay and others..
• No smoking inside house in any form. Anywhere outside is completely fine. Just dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. Smoking inside the house will result in a $750 deep cleaning fee.
• No one is to go beyond the fenced area in the back of the property. If someone falls, they WILL get hurt. All children that go to the backyard must be accompanied by a parent.
• Use provided makeup rags in each bathroom to remove make up and not the white washcloths so we don’t have to charge for replacements..
• Please use Multicade Arcade with care and turn off when not in use to help us extend the life of the machine.
• Please dont leave doors, and windows open with HVAC running. If this is abused, we may charge for the additional electric and wear and tear on our system.
• If you have any problems or concerns, we are more than happy to assist. If we are unaware of a problem, please give us a chance to correct it. We have high standards to provide our guests with a five star experience.
• If anything is needed that is not provided. Don’t hesitate to ask for it as we are right next door. Examples include: spices for cooking, extra pan or over-the-counter medicine if someone is ill.
• Please review the rating system magnet displayed on the front of the refrigerator. Accurate ratings for both host and guest are very important. Basically, a four star rating will tarnish a host in this flawed system and reduce our appearance in search results.
