This home offers two master bedrooms with ensuite. The pool is crisp clear and the view on mountains incredible! The yard is fully fenced and private. The neighborhood of Desert Park Estates in very peaceful and an easy 10 min uber drive from downtown with all restaurants and shops. The City of Palm Springs requires a 12.5 % TOT/ TBID tax which I need to collect before check in (from accommodations and cleaning fee). we are pet friendly but charge 100 $ pet fee per pet, per stay. City ID 5193
