We welcome you to our apartment on the Hauts de Saint Aubin in Angers. Just 700 meters from the Terra Botanica park, the apartment is 15 minutes from the city center by streetcar. The nearest tram stop is 150m away. Public parking is also available nearby.

You'll have a private bedroom of over 10m2 with a 160x200cm double bed, storage space for your personal belongings and top-quality bedding. Towels and sheets are included.

Our apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower and access to our laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You'll be able to cook to your heart's content, and a space in the refrigerator is at your disposal.

The living room adjoining the kitchen has a large-screen TV and free access to various subscriptions (Canal+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney +).

A quiet balcony with an aromatic vegetable garden.

Breakfast includes a hot drink (coffee beans, tea, chocolate, etc.), fruit juice and pastries.

Cleaning service included.

Remote surveillance. Presence of a motion-sensor security alarm in the accommodation in case of intrusion. No cameras.

We are a male couple with 12 years together. We like to travel, share convivial moments around a table, and meet new people in a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

We are both committed to our professional lives. As our schedules are totally opposed, it's very rare for us to meet in the same room at the same time.

Émilien is a specialized educator. He has decided to devote his professional life to helping young people in difficulty. A sociable, attentive listener, Émilien takes a keen interest in the people around him.

Matthieu is a tradesman. Several years ago, he set up his own company specializing in event patisserie. A perfectionist, creative and passionate, Matthieu is calm, thoughtful and detail-oriented.

As construction work opposite the apartment will start in April 2024, some noise pollution is to be expected during the week.
