Smoking (all kinds): Smoking or vaping an substance inside the ******** is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors. We have provided ashtray bins for your butts. Please only throw butts in the ashtrays. Marijuana is legal in Colorado. We do not mind if you smoke it or vape it outdoors. Although marijuana and vape pens are not known to leave a smell, many people are allergic to smoke and/or are highly sensitive to it. To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay, keep these items for use outdoors only. We do not have enough time between stays of guests to effectively “air it out”. Dogs: Although our dogs are friendly, you never know with dogs. Just to be safe we have enclosed your patio area for the walking and outdoor play of your dog(s), and we have enclosed our dogs to the opposite side. We, personally, don’t mind our dogs interacting, but we would like them to be watched to make sure all dogs stay friendly with each other. Regarding dog poop, we have a tin trashcan to the left of the entrance of the fenced in patio. We have provided dog bags in the ********. Please use these or your own to clean up after your dog. You can dispose of those bags in the provided tin garbage can. We will do the same with ours. Guests: Included with the cost of the ******** is 2 guests. We allow 1 pre-approved additional guest at a cost of $25 per night. Any undisclosed guests are not allowed. If you’d like a 4th person to stay with you, you must let us know prior to making the reservation. Breaking of these rules prior will result in complaints to ******** and additional charges. Hanging out, parties and noise: We tend to be pretty cool people and enjoy having friends over. We are also considerate of our neighbors and expect you to do the same. We don’t mind if you have friends over or a small meeting/gathering, however we would like you to keep it to parties 8 people or under (******** approved guests included). Unpaid guests must leave by 11PM or are subject to charges and ******** company consequences. Please ensure your guests follow the same rules (smoking, dogs, and others) and clean up any party-related items left behind. Noise from music or guests also are permitted up until 11PM on weekends and 10PM on weekdays.
