This upscale home has 4100 sq. ft. Offered is a comfortable bedroom and shared use of the entire home for one or two people in a newly renovated, upscale townhome. 6 miles east of downtown Minneapolis and 20 minutes from the MSP airport, 6 miles from downtown St. Paul. We are 1.5 miles from huge, indoor Rosedale Shopping Center, with restaurants, stores, movies, etc. We are in a quiet, SAFE residential/small business neighborhood called Stone Crest. Mostly elderly people. I have lived in the Twin Cities all my life. We are a stable, married couple of 14+ years.
The bedroom has one queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a private bath. You have your own private, double sink bathroom, and also a shared bath on the main level for casual use throughout your stay. Please be aware that your private bedroom and bath is on the lower level (still above ground however), right next to your bedroom. You have a private Smart TV and free WiFi. Shared use of the outside deck, living room, and LG laundry facilities. You have a fridge and wet bar also for your use right outside your bedroom. Free coffee. Free wine or beer at arrival if you wish. Parking for one vehicle included.
We provide a list of near-by activities and restaurants of all types close by, and can provide ideas for seeing the highlights of the cities, as we have both lived here our entire lives. We are not party guys, so won't be able to give a lot of advice on the gay bars and clubs.

7 miles drive (12 minutes) to downtown Minneapolis, 7 miles (12 minutes) from downtown St. Paul. 20 minutes to the MSP airport and Mall-of-America. Within 20 minutes of most attractions in the Twin Cities. 5 famous city lakes within 8 miles, MN State Fair - 3 miles, Como Park Conservatory and Zoo - 3 miles. Huge indoor, Rosedale Shopping Mall with many restaurants, stores of all kinds, movies, all within 1.5 miles. Several biking opportunities and walks from my property.
I have lived in the Twin Cities all of my life and know the city well, and great at making suggestions. Maps provided as well.

We were thankful to Don and Frank for opening up their beautiful home to us. Allowing us to admire their collections and surroundings. Don was communicative and clear, and we had all our ducks in a row before arriving. We used public transportation which was super easy to use and navigate around the city. Overall the stay was above what we would have expected. Thank you again!

Beautiful place and really charming and lovely couple. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Don has all kinds of great advice about seeing Minneapolis and I felt very welcome and at home here. Their gardens are gorgeous too. I just wish I could have stayed longer. I will next time! Thanks Don and Frank!

Don (and Frank) are very gracious hosts and, Don especially, a font of information about the city in which they live. They were always at-the-ready in case I needed references and pointers. Their home was clean and cozy and most comfortable.

Don and Frank were great hosts in their beautiful home. They were very busy with their wonderful yard and garden while I was there but that did not stop them from making sure I had what I needed. They were very attentive and I was very comfortable. I had a conference downtown and their house was a short walk to the bus that zipped up the freeway and was downtown in less than 10 mins. I definitely recommend Dom and Frank! Thanks guys!!

This was my first time using misterb&b and I hope every future time will be as great an experience as this one was. Don and his partner Frank were amazing hosts. I only wish my business commitments would have allowed me to spend more time with them. I would recommend them to everyone.
