Welcome to my home. Call me Jay . I ******** two different rooms, so you may see two different adds. This one is a smaller room with a tv that has firestick/netfix/sling/prime video. Clean sheets and towels available. Bathroom is shared if other room is rented out at the same time. Kitchen and laundry is available for guest staying more than 3 days. The home has a vintage them throughout with 1950’s jukebox and old coke machines, and hundreds of old records. Home is upbeat. Often you’re welcome too join in and watch movies on the 80” tv in the living room. 1-2 miles from downtown and capital hill gay district.
This is a no smoking and drug free home. No additional guest allowed without prior permission. It’s also a pet free home at this time.
Spring -summer, when available I offer fun motorcycle rides through the city and up into the mountains and boat rides through Seattle/lake union and lake Washington.
As stated in rules . There are security cameras on outside of house. All hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms are private with no cameras at all. Each room does have an Alexa screen and have cameras turned to off position by switch on device.

I’m kinda a happy loner that does great with 1-4 people at a time.
As a hobby I collect vintage things from 40’s-70’s as you can see in the pictures.
I also have a vintage ********ft boat I completely redid and have two custom cars I built. I never get lonely, but do have amazing friends in my life.
I don’t date and really not looking for anyone, when life is great single why mess up a good thing .:.
I use to rent rooms out, but thought doing short term rentals would be nice, to meet new people and share my unique vintage decor with.
I offer 2 bedrooms up stairs and a small furnished apartment downstairs.
I unfortunately forget to check this app, but will put a reminder to start responding.
If you want comfortable, clean, safe and homie, you will like staying here.
