Super clean apartment, tastefully furnished and close to the metro station, so you can easily reach the city center. Nizar is a very kind, warm and helpful guy, we had the opportunity to chat and spend time together both in the evening and in the morning during breakfast. He gave me excellent advice on visiting the city and surrounding areas. I highly recommend it. Would definitely come back. Thank you Nizar.

I had the opportunity to spend 4 days with Nizar. Perfect welcome and always available to answer questions. The apartment is amazing with a magnificent bathroom (fell in love with the bathroom) and above all an impeccable and very very clean apartment. Easy access to Brussels city center by tram and apartment just in front of the tram it's incredible. I will come back with great pleasure

Really great place, the apartment is very comfortable, the bedrooms and bathroom on one side opposite the kitchen, living room and dining room, so very convenient. Niz's apartment is super clean, very quiet. Niz is friendly and kind, gives good advice. Access from the main Square and central and North stations is very simple, the line takes us directly, at the exit of the metro station, the apartment is right there across the street, very practical. I highly recommend this beautiful place!

Nizar is a very good host, his apartment is absolutely magnificent, very close to a metro station. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is hearty. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this host. The house was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the location was great. I had to check in quite late, but the host was very understanding and assured me it wasn't a problem. I also needed a slightly later check-out, and he was kind enough to accommodate that as well. Throughout my stay, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He made everything easy and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

I was planning to stay in Belgium for a few days on the way back to home after a long trip and didn't get around to booking until just a few days before I was going to be there. Nizar was super accommodating, communicated quickly and clearly, welcome to me warmly, and I really appreciate it getting to spend some time in his beautiful home. I enjoyed the quiet location right next to the metro stop, and appreciated spending some time together with him as well. I would be happy to stay there again.

Nizar's place was specular.. he sure knows how to keep the place very neat.. o boy!! I was impressed.. it is well beyond how he described it.. I enjoyed my stay and his house is just a mins or opposite the metro.. so you can connect to the city center within 10-15 mins. I will surely stay again when I come to Brussel.

Nizar is an impeccable host... from my late arrival, he bounced back by offering me the couch as his bedroom was occupied. Then an evening getting to know each other and ultimately sleeping well... I recommend him
