House rules

Only lock the bottom lock of the front door do not lock the top lock of the front door
During the winter, the second door cannot be locked
No shoes in the house unless covered with shoe cover
Kitchen must stay clean at all times
If you use something, put it in the dishwasher, I will run the dishwasher at least once every other day
Everything is dishwasher safe except the knives, the knives must be hand washed
The trash goes out every Wednesday
The recycling is every other Friday
Do not use the silverware on the pots and pans only use the rubber utensils next to the stove
There is dish soap and other products under the sink. If you see that something is empty, please let me know.
Make sure if there is any items spilled on the countertops to use the countertop cleaner under the sink. If it runs out, let me know I will buy more.
Let me know if any items break in the kitchen or in the rooms

Lights off when not in use

Used coasters everywhere

Nothing but toilet paper down the toilet bowl, no wipes or any other product

Washer and dryer

Best settings:
Wash: Normal wash extra high spin, tap, cold temperature
Dryer: Normal sensor mode on the knob the. Set the dry mode to normal and dry level to very dry.

You have to turn away from normal, and turn back to it to change the temperature

Clean out dryer trap after every drying
