Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with private heated pool

PROPERTY RULES: • Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area on the property. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of if smoking outdoors. • No glass or ceramic dishes are permitted outside or in the pool area. Acrylic and plastic cups and plates/bowls have been provided for outdoor use and can be found in the kitchen cabinets. • An outdoor grill is available on the property for your use. Please do not move the grill. • Pets are not permitted on the property unless expressly permitted by Owner. If pets have been allowed, they must be leashed while outdoors, and Guest assumes full responsibility for damage caused by pets. Fenced in areas may not be sufficient to contain pets. • This property is located in a residential area. Please respect our neighbors. No noise or loud music is permitted after 11 p.m. or before 8 a.m. • No guests are permitted on the property unless named in your rental agreement. • Please keep the property as clean as possible and respect the living and outdoor space as you would your own property. We have put a lot of effort into making the space clean, comfortable and enjoyable for your stay. • Garbage cans and a recycling bin have been provided in the unit for your convenience. Please empty them as required by disposing trash bags and the full recycling bin in the large cans outside the entrance fence to the left side of the garage. The black cans are for garbage and the blue can is for recycling. • Pool Rules are included with these Property Rules. The Pool Rules are very important. Please observe all Pool Rules and alert the Owner immediately if you notice anything unusual about the pool or if the equipment seems not to be functioning properly. • Parking is available in two places as indicated in the arrival instructions. Please do not block the garage or the circular drive. • Please leave the property in as good a condition as you found it (subject to normal use). Excessive messes or excessive trash may result in a portion (or all) of your ******** being applied to the expense of additional cleaning or repairs/replacements. Damages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the ******** may be applied to cover the cost of any damage. Guest is liable to pay Owner the cost of any damages that exceed the ********. • To help us prepare for the next guest, please remove all food/drinks from the refrigerator/freezer at the end of your stay. POOL RULES: • USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. • No glass is permitted in the pool area. The pool is only 7 feet deep at the deep end. • Do not swim or remain outdoors during thunderstorms under any circumstances (even if there are no signs of lightning). Lightning-related injuries are common in Florida. • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Please be respectful of neighbors while enjoying the pool area and keep noise to a minimum. • Do not touch or attempt to use any of the pool equipment.
