You would have your own room with double bed, closet, heating is also in the room.
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. Everything you need is there, I've lived there myself for 5 years.
It is centrally located, just around the corner large park, known so far and called Stadtpark. Close to bus, train, restaurants and shopping facilities.
About 15 min by train to the center and 25-30 to night life. Various possibilities to have fun there.
I will be happy to give you tips depending on where and what you want to do.
