Moin is what they say in Hamburg! I rent out my small, cozy private room with a comfortable box spring bed (160x200), a closet for your things and a small table - so you can write postcards and a shelf to store something. My kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fully automatic coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower with bathtub. A washing machine is available and can be used for a €5 fee. My apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. It is very central. The subway Wandsbeker Chaussee and S-Bahn Friedrichsberg are in the immediate vicinity. Wandsbek Markt with all its stores and restaurants is also within walking distance. The city center is only about 15 minutes away with the U1. There is free public parking in front of the door. Please no party guests. I expect cleanliness and order. I look forward to welcoming you as a guest.

Very quiet, beautifully furnished room. Very professional. With house rules and clear procedures. If you're looking for a place where you can stay alone in peace and quiet like in a serviced apartment, perfect. I only met the host briefly during check-in.
