Large Victorian house adjacent to the French dining restaurant in the middle of the small hamlet of Leonardsville. Room 1 is from the colonial part of the house on the first floor with an adjoining Italian tile bathroom with shower. We are located in a small hamlet in Central New York on 350 acres of woods and meadows. The facility is used part of the year as a colony for artists, painters, writers and composers coming from all over the world. Part of the facilities is a renowned French restaurant. Breakfast is included and served from a European buffet, daily. This is the perfect place for privacy, relaxation and participation with nature. Colgate university, Hamilton college and the village of Cooperstown are nearby. In summer the Glimmerglass opera performs in Cooperstown.
