Historic Johnstown1920’s executive home offering private rooms & bath

Welcome to our circa 1920 Dutch Colonial home on a beautifully landscaped lot in quiet residential neighborhood. Our BNB offers a private section of the home with an eating area on the first floor with full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. A choice of three rooms on the second floor provides options for queen size or full size beds and two baths, one with a deep tub and one with a newly installed walk- in shower. There is private entrance and off street parking. The landscaped yard is accessible as well as the koi pond just outside the entrance. The home was built for the owner of a large local manufacturer in the town in 1920 and many of the details and qualities of the home remain in tact. We love hosting and meeting new people and when our schedules allow we share the whole house. If you are coming to our area we are 20 minutes from downhill and cross country skiing and access to all kinds of trails for hiking in the Southern Adirondack Mountains. We are 45 minutes from Albany and Saratoga and an hour to Utica and Cooperstown.
